Q:How far in advance do I need to book?
We require at least 1 day advance notice for all Mini Doc's bookings to ensure we can properly prepare for your event.
Q:What's included in the rental?
Your rental includes private use of Mini Doc's, full bar access, sound system, TV screens, tables, and chairs.
Q:Can I bring my own decorations?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring decorations. We just ask that you avoid anything that damages walls or requires drilling.
Q:Do I have to use the entire time block?
No! While bookings are in 4-hour blocks, you can choose your start and end times within that block. You only pay for the full block to ensure availability.
Q:What's your cancellation policy?
The building rental fee is non-refundable as it blocks dates on our calendar. However, event add-ons and catering can be refunded if cancelled with sufficient notice.
Q:Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food is allowed for a $100 fee (can be added during booking). We offer catering through our kitchen as well. Outside alcohol is not permitted as we have a full bar.
