Private parties that you can rent by the day! Call for availability! The rental includes the 1000 square foot building with private bar and the space in front and around Mini Doc’s. You can bring in soda, water, & tea. A bartender will be provided. No outside alcohol allowed. You can also bring in your own food for a food fee but Doc’s can cater as well if desired. Reservation is not fully confirmed until a 50% non-refundable deposit is made over phone or in person at Doc’s.
